Residence Jardines de Cosón
PRESENTATION
Nestled away in a dreamy setting, and designed so as to preserve the luxuriant natural surroundings, the Jardins de Coson Residence is located two kilometres from the centre of the small locality of Las Terrenas, in the northeastern part of the Dominican Republic on the northern coast of the Samana Peninsula.
THE BUILDING LAND
The building land will have a surface area of 104,082m2 and will have a direct access to the beach. The project Jardines de Coson will blend perfectly into the local coconut plantation and the flourishing vegetation of the Coson Bay.
THE ARCHITECTURE
Our architecture takes on the local Caribbean type building structure which allows this Residence to fit in perfectly with the surrounding area. Designed by a well-known architect, the Residence Jardines de Coson stands out due to its elegance, its comfort, and its high-quality services. Specific built-to-suit villas can also be designed by our team of architects for any client who so wishes..
THE PLOTS AND VILLAS
We have created five sorts of villas between 148 and 396m2 which can be placed onto the 52 plots of land of between 1100 and 3050m2 which make up the Residence Jardines de Coson.
The plots will be sold with trees already planted (coconut trees and local shrubbery) and the hedge enclosures will be done with tropical or local plants.
THE APARTMENTS
63 apartments have been spread-out in three small three-floor apartment buildings in the middle of a communal space of around 13,000m2. These apartments vary between 41 and 97m2 in surface area and all have very large and spacious terraces to make living outside be in perfect harmony with nature.
COMMUNAL SPACES
An elegant Club House will be made available for all co-owners of the Residence. It will have swimming pools, a playground for children, workout rooms, areas to play petanque and table tennis, a snack bar, a secretariat, a work centre and a villa and apartment rental management centre.
Additional swimming pools and playgrounds are also planned for the communal space with the apartments..
SECURITY
This real-estate development will be entirely enclosed and will have two exits - one to the road in the direction of Las Terrenas, and the other with a direct access to the Coson beach.
These two exits will each have a guard-house working around the clock.
RESPECT OF THE ENVIRONMENT
Since most of the trees which are already on this building land (mostly coconut trees) are not precisely where there will be construction, a street, or a communal building, they will be kept as is, which goes along with the Dominican regulations in effect.
Household and communal garbage will be picked up daily and disposed of in an external treatment plant.
Black and used water will be treated in a suitably sized modern and efficient purification plant.
The communal spaces will be looked after by a gardening team belonging to the Residence Jardines de Coson.
SECRETARIAT AND WORK CENTRE
The administrative offices will be in the Club House, among these the management centre for the co-owners and the rental agency for the villa and apartments.
There will be a structure for general services provided for the co-owners who wish, such as gardening, cleaning, or maintenance.
The secretariat is also there to offer many other services to people at the Residence such as any necessary technological equipment including Internet, fax, access to local and international calls, photocopier, computer and printer.
